This Chef’sChoice 609A000 Electric Meat Slicer is a convenient and affordable electric meat slicer. I would have some questions about it’s durability due to the internal plastic gearing. It’s definitely not the best at slicing meat very thin (how I like my ham), but overall and for the price it is an overall good unit. There are other options of meat slicers, you just might have to pay a few bucks more.
