Using an air fryer is said to reduce added fat by up to 80%. Air frying eliminates the need for oil, reducing added fats by up to 80% as compared to traditional frying methods. You are just not using any oil to ‘fry’ you food.

Taste of Air Fried Food

The taste and consistency is not the same as deep fried foods. When you deep fry food, the oil penetrates the food or batter and injects it’s own flavors into the food.
