Make sure the fruits and vegetables are smaller than the blades’ frame. Press the lid down in one swift strong motion, not slowly or bit by bit, otherwise some hard vegetables may stick to the blade. For cutting softer vegetables or fruits like tomatoes & peppers, we suggest you use the larger 13.6 mm dicing blade. The smaller 6.8 mm dicing blade is more suitable for hard vegetables and fruits.

My review of the Mueller Onion Chopper Pro Vegetable Chopper

LOVE IT!!!!

But this chopper/dicer does have it’s limitations. I wish they have a third blade to dice thinner, like garlic…

Aside from that, it is very easy to use, cleans easily, and does make life a lot easier when chopping or dicing vegetables fruits. I have not had this Mueller dicer/chopper for that long, but I can see how this won’t last ten years…
