This combination of phone charger and car mount/holder is extremely convenient. You get in your car, your phone mounts magnetically to the car mount and automatically charges your phone while allowing you to view your phone or GPS app on your phone.
***Please be careful not to be distracted while driving***

One of the issues others have mentioned with the Scosche Magicmount is that it might not charge as good with some phone cases. I have a LifeProof case and my phone charges just fine. The Magnets are strong enough to hold the phone in place while normal driving, even with the eventual pothole.
