The Seagate portable Backup Plus is a good addition for the average person to backup files and images. The speed in which it writes and reads information is fairly good for average priced HDD External drives. And it’s priced very reasonable. If you need high speed read and write and are willing to spend a little more, then consider the SDD drives.
